My Best Ab Exercises

My picks for the best ab exercises are the bicycles and the vertical crunches. I find that most people are able to perform these two fairly easily and are both all around good exercises that work the obliques and rectus abdominis nicely. These two are also performed without any equipment so one may perform them any place, any time. I travel a lot so I'm able to get a good ab workout wherever I am.
