Nutrition Calculator

Depending on your goal and current weight, this nutrition calculator will help you determine your daily calorie needs and how many of those calories should come from protein, carbohydrates, and fat to keep you on track.

In today's hectic and rushed world, it's not always easy putting together a healthy eating plan. Protein, complex carbohydrates, and fats are the three macronutrients that provide energy for your body. A general guideline for a healthy diet is to get 20-25 percent of calories from protein, 45-50 percent of calories from complex carbohydrates, and 30 percent of calories from fats, with no more than 10 percent of those calories from saturated fats.

The breakdown of protein, carbs, and fat that should be in your diet can vary according to your goal. This calculator allows for 3 goals: Lose Fat, Lose Fat and Build Muscle, and Gain Size and Strength. Each category will give you a different ratio of macronutrients that is most appropriate for achieving that particular goal. With that information you can totally customize your diet plan.
