Robert's Tip To Get The Best Ab Workout

I have been using Ab products for many years. The best way I found is, to heat the body before the exercises. One way to heat the body is staying in a hot place(like sauna) for around 10 minutes. This will greatly increase the speed of your metabolism. Another good way to increase the speed of your metabolism is caffeine consumption. A Red Bull, a Efusjon energy drink, or a cup of coffee will greatly increase the benefits you gain from your ab exercises.
